The food was fresh, flavorful, and consistent, and any questions or requests were handled with patience and a great attitude. This location proves how much leadership matters, night and day compared to other locations. If you want great service and great food, this is the Salsa Verde to visit. "La Salsa Verde in Carrollton definitely deserves 5 stars! I got the chicken quesadillas, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly seasoned. The service was quick and friendly, and you can tell this is one of the better locations because of how clean and well-run it is. Overall, a great experience from start to finish—I’ll definitely be coming back."

"The food here was so good and delicious. The food came out quickly and the horchata was big size and really good. We got their torta and mini totastas which was really good. They had a side of onions and habanero which give it a little kick. There are sauces on the side of the table to add for more flavors."

"I got take out for 65 people. Ordered the night before and it was a great choice. Victor helped me get everything I needed and helped me haul it out and load up in my vehicle. Everyone loved the tacos. And many are definitely going to be going back another time. Outstanding! I highly recommend!"

"Love the tacos and the salsa. I was told to come here by a friend and I have to thank them for the recommendation. I had two Al Pastor and two Birria, and both were very flavorful and juicy. I especially liked the Al Pastor for being spicy. And the price was amazing, a total of $15 for eight tacos for two people. They did take a little long to get the tacos out to us, but I won't ding them since the food was so good."
